We heard of North Star because my dad is a heating contractor who had worked with them. When it came time for bids, we consulted three firms. We had good rapport with North Star from the start. The whole experience, from start to finish, was very pleasant.

We hired North Star to tackle our big addition and, after that, on a number of other things like new windows. The workers were fabulous. They always cleaned up, and were always there when they said they’d be. They were completely trustworthy and likable guys. In fact, my son, who was two at the time, wanted to have one of the guys to his birthday party!

We ended up nearly doubling the square footage of the home, which was small to begin with. We added a master bedroom and a walkout deck on the top floor. In the basement portion, we now have a studio for my husband’s business, a workroom, and a full walkout.
